At the end of the Promo it says
RR, DR, Membership, and PTC Credits added manually
Example:
Silver Year - $ 40 ($ 50) + 2RR for every $ you deposit + 10DR. (HIGH PLUS AVG)
Deposit 40 and membership RR, RD and PTC credits are added manually quickly
